Duration

is three-four months. The longer you take HGH, the less dosage you need.
Dosage
The effective dosage of HGH for bodybuilding is at least 4 IU. If you take it for the first time, it will be enough to consume 4-6 IU of HGH, to gain only clean mass. Then, during next cycles, you can take up to 15 IU/day because growth hormone shows a linear increase in efficacy with dosage.
Also, if you take 10 and more IU, you definitely need to include insulin to your cycle because it will help prevent problems with the pancreas. The risk of diabetes is the main side effect of HGH.

When to inject HGH?
GH has the strongest fat-burning effect when the level of sugar and insulin is low. So, the best time to inject HGH is morning, o an empty stomach. If you are on cutting, it is the best time to run because for the level of free fatty acids in the blood will be very high for the next three hours, and it will be much easier to lose fat.
Even if you are on bulking, you should take the first injection in the morning.
The second one should be taken 6-8 hours later, when the levels of IGF-1 and HGH decrease. However, you can inject HGH before going to bed instead. Both injections should be equal.
HGH bodybuilding protocols
The most common protocols are every day and every other day: ED and EOD. Both have their pros and cons. Let’s look at them.
ED is more efficient because your IGF and HGH will be at the similar level, so muscle growth and fat loss will be more effective than in EOD.
However, you can use EOD if you can’t afford ED protocol. It is fine, and you can use HGH for a longer period under this protocol.
Also, you can combine both protocols and rotate them to balance advantages and disadvantages.
Steroids, insulin and HGH bodybuilding combinations
Although HGH works well when used alone, you can significantly enhance the growth if you combine it with other drugs: steroids and insulin.
Insulin and HGH possess the synergy effect on protein synthesis, but insulin blocks the fat-burning function of HGH. You can inject insulin 30 minutes after growth hormone injection. Exogenous insulin is necessary if you take high dosages of HGH: more than 10 IU. Be careful when you take insulin because it can lead to a hypoglycemic coma, which can cause fatal consequences, so increase insulin dosage carefully and start from 2 IUs.
Steroids are another great idea for combination with growth hormone. Steroids have much stronger anabolic potency than HGH, but if you combine them, the effect will be nice because of the synergy effect. Also, growth hormone helps you gain clean mass without gaining fat when you are on steroids.

For bulking:
- Growth hormone 6-12 IU + Testosterone enanthate, cypionate or Sustanon 250-1000 mg/week for 8-10 weeks
- HGH 6-12 IU + Dbol (30-50 mg/day) or Tbol for 6-8 weeks
For cutting:
You need to combine HGH with steroids with fat burning potency: Winstrol and Anavar.

The rule is to eat as much as you can because it is hard to gain fat when using HGH, so all calories will go to muscles.
You need to increase your protein consumption up to 3 g/kg and eat lots of carbohydrates. You can eat fast food if you want, but don’t abuse it.
Eat every two-three hours to keep anabolism high. To eat more, you can consume protein and a weight gainer between taking traditional meals.
